Head-Mounted Device for Circadian Rhythm Light Regulation

This wearable artificial light device is specifically designed for night shift workers to address the physiological and emotional challenges caused by a lack of natural light. Working night shifts often disrupts the body's biological rhythm, leading to sleep disorders, mood fluctuations, and reduced concentration. By adjusting light intensity and color temperature, this device simulates the natural transition of daylight and nighttime, effectively regulating the user's circadian rhythm. As a result, this design helps enhance mood, improve sleep quality, and boost overall work efficiency.
