Parque Via
The Parque Vía residential project unfolds across a 300 square meter footprint through a masterfully planned dual layout comprising a main residence and an independent loft. Engineered to respond with precision to the site's unique geometry, the project addresses spatial density through a refined volumetric approach that ensures total privacy between both programs while maintaining a unified aesthetic and sensory identity.
The main residence spans two primary levels connected by a striking helical staircase that functions as a vertical sculptural element. On the ground floor, the social areas—a gourmet kitchen, main dining area, and open-plan living room—open seamlessly onto a private terrace equipped with a jacuzzi, water feature, and a lush surrounding garden. The upper level houses the private quarters, featuring independent suite bedrooms with walk-in closets, family lounge areas, and dedicated workspaces, all framed by abundant natural light.
As a key feature, the independent loft utilizes the lower terrain level to establish a highly versatile, self-contained sanctuary. Featuring its own private entry and a fluid floor plan, this unit seamlessly integrates a sleeping area, lounge, study space, and private courtyards, making it ideal for guests, a creative studio, or an autonomous secondary residence. The architectural coherence across both volumes is reinforced by a consistent material palette, including herringbone flooring, custom millwork, and expansive glass panels.
Overall, Parque Vía transcends conventional housing layout to deliver an innovative response to contemporary living demands—balancing spatial flexibility, complete privacy, and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape.
